At Rockett St George, we want you to be thrilled with your quirky home finds; however, if an item isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging and securely boxed to prevent damage during transit, including the completed returns form inside.

• 3.
  Label and Send

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
